  @McDonalds has officially ruined the in-store experience with their push for digital kiosks. By eliminating front counter staff, they’ve created a broken system.There is no one to give you a drink cup, and when you finally get one, the lobby ice makers are turned off! Customers are forced to stand at empty counters waiting to make eye contact with kitchen staff just to get ice.This isn't just one bad store. It's a nationwide problem I've personally experienced in SC, CT, GA, TN, AL, and FL. Shout out to the local workers who are actually very friendly, but whoever at corporate approved this ridiculous operational shift needs to be fired. #McDonalds #CustomerServiceFail

  I was down on my luck and my insurance was not paying for me to get into a rehab. Just so happens.I knew some friends that worked at this mcdonald's and I went in there to get something to drink and something to eat. I had been doing this for a couple of days. Now , I had watched other people charge their phones tablets and computers. So I was doing the same. I had been awake on the streets for two days, so I laid my head on the table after I ate. The manager, some blonde woman approached me and told me I could not lay my head down on the table if I was going to do that , I needed to leave. I did not fuss or fight, i just said , okay and continued to charge my phone. The very next day , I had some grocery someone giving me and I put them back on the fence line where no one would automatically see them and take them. The maintenance man comes out and tells me that I can't put my stuff there or they will trespass me.So I moved it. I find a shady spot under a tree and lay back for ten minutes and the police approach me tell me the manager complained that I was harassing customers. Truth be told , I had never even spoken with a customer. I Had not caused any chaos and was actually in the middle of filling out an application for employment , there. Ii whole heartedly believe the management should be replaced. I'm not one to be on the streets constantly. I just happened yo have nowhere to go for a week being that I haven't lived in etown for 7 or 8 years. I can't believe I was lied on, as a matter of fact I had just spent 10 bucks buying something to eat from McDonald's not but 30 minutes before this incident. What a disgraceful management team.

  Burnt hashbrowns lately. I don’t know if they are cooking it twice or what, but this is unacceptable considering they are over $2 each for garbage. The breakfast sandwich was good though.
