  Y’all really need to get them funky attitude lil girls out the drive thru. It’s too many places to consider on the strip to be dealing with that. I wish I would have gave her the food back and went somewhere else. Came thru at 3:09. Presented my military id like always. Only Ms. Candence stares at me with a stale face and asks me “What is this for?” I’m never hard up to save a dollar. They ask me am I military and other times I am in uniform. I told her military and she called a manager for the keys. Everything after that was attitude. She put my food and blizzard out the window and didn’t say tihs else. Too easy, it’s two more DQs and a plethora of other food to choose from. ✌🏼

  Wasted my time here waiting as number in a line for 7 mins without any greeting and with 5 crew members attending the area. One crew member even scooped out some ice cream toppings with her fingers and gave the ice cream to a customer. Came here 8 May 2026 at 8:00pm and explained to them I’ve set a timer and took them long enough to greet the first person at the register who had been standing for more than 5 mins, unacceptable, no stars and unsat if I could grade them.

  If I can give it 0 I would’ve. I ordered 2 shakes and a small ice cream chocolate cone and when they gave us the shakes they gave the ice cream cone half melted and with like 10 napkins around it all with chocolate ice cream on it. Terrible. It’s Common sense people do the cone last. Y’all are forever ruining it. Can’t wait til the Radcliff one opens maybe they do it right

  On two separate occasions within the last few months, I have encountered significant issues stemming from what appeared to be internal errors, which were then compounded by an unprofessional demeanor directed towards me. During my most recent visit, the manager processed my order with an exceptionally dismissive attitude, making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. When I inquired about the recurring nature of this treatment, the manager subsequently declined to provide service. This establishment consistently delivers a terrible experience.

  Took my grandsons for ice cream treats on 5/1 and walked into utter chaos. They seemed to be short staffed and the rude, unprofessional manager did not care to let everyone know this. She was loudly complaining and making comments about each and every order she took. The other staff was working hard and having to listen to her also. We waited for 45 minutes and just got a refund. When we left there was a line of dissatisfied people ,like us, who had been waiting forever. The manager that day obviously cannot do her job. Bad publicity for this location. We went to Mulberry Dairy Queen and the service/employees were terrific!
