Love this place very patient employees that listen to you and make you want to come back! Food is great! The only problem I have is when I order delivery and I don't get the right drink... It has happened a couple of times

The place seemed very short staffed and all of the employees were understandably flustered when I ordered there. The manager seemed agitated when taking my order and when I told her 3 times that I wanted my ice cream with my food, they forgot it and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to make it. I do not want to entirely blame them for it but the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel welcoming. It doesn’t help that there’s barely any space in the restaurant to order, let alone eat at.

I sent my concerns to the store with no response in 11 days. This is a whole problem in and of itself! The place hadn’t been mowed all year and I had ordered a Blizzard with extra strawberry (twice) and basically received no strawberry. The 2nd half was basically vanilla soft serve…you should do much better at $8 a pop!! And the girl working the drive thru on the morning of 4/12 had zero enthusiasm and it was evident that she didn’t want to be there. Poor visit, zero follow up.

First time i came, they had no gravy or ranch and fries were cold. Returned today and asked for gravy at the speaker and reaffirmed at the window and still did not receive it after waiting 10 minutes. Poor service.

I asked for a lid on a large sunday at the order point, get to the window and no lid with a big spoon in it on a hot day. I asked for a lid at the window kid hands me a lid, is he too dumb to realize it doesn't go on with a spoon in it? Kids today have no clue what service is... take the spoon out, put a lid on it and hand the me a new spoon. Who is driving eating a Sunday? People end up with icecream all over their car with service like this. Its a drive thru, that means its to go. So pack it like a to go order.
