  Waited 25 minutes for a simple dining room order. I really couldn't wait that long so I tried to get a refund but no one knew how to do a refund. So, I waited. Had to take it with me since I was late. They got some issues here. There was a door dash guy waiting also for over 25 minutes and he couldn't get anyone to help him. Needs to be someone in charge at all times I think. I will avoid this Taco Bell in the future I think. Hopefully they will get it together.

  Was there last night at midnight 8/23/26. Didn’t get our card back. Didn’t realize it until now. I called and the “manager” was nice until i asked if it could be mailed to me. He said he several in the safe the found this morning. We live two hours away. He said he didn’t think so. I said maybe the person working the window could have given the cards back, he said he was the one and he is injured and distracted, then proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t have driven off without it. Then he hung up on me. Twice. So we will consider the card stolen and it has been reported. So “distracted” you can answer to your upper management tomorrow and to the police for “forgetting” to give customers their belongings after you provided a service. I don’t live there but I’m from there. Do better with your attitude towards people who were nothing but polite to you.

  Food was great! Drive thru was a little slow, but it was rush hour. Definitely recommend.

  This is the "pizza" that I just paid $9 for. I paid for extra beans since I did not want beef, paid for sour cream, and paid for additional cheese (not the nacho cheese in the photo). And this is what I got.... $9??? Never again. 3 stars only because the dining room wasn't as cold as covington always is. $25 for: single pizza, single bean burrito, one "medium" drink (which is a small), one "small" drink (which is a kids), a single nacho fry, and a single cinnamon twist. Pure insanity. There is no justification for these price raises.
