I went in last night and no one greeted me. I wasn't sure where to order, if I had to order through the kiosk or if someone had to take my order as I was paying in cash. After waiting about 30 minutes, the manager, or so I presume or could be shift lead, finally addressed me after looking at me, not even acknowledging me but knew I was there because we made eye contact several times. And after waiting 30 minutes he finally asked me what my order was and I told me. Waited another 10 minutes and he comes back and says, oh I finally found your order. I had assumed that they were at least preparing it this entire time, which wasn't even a huge order, just one Mexican pizza, two tacos and nacho chips. It wasn't even a busy night either, as it was only me in the lobby and a small number of people in the drive through. I'm usually patient and understanding, especially towards customer service jobs. But to make me wait 30 minutes before even saying a single word to me and only to find out that they were serving other people who came in line AFTER me, was beyond ridiculous when it wasn't that busy of a night. I ended up canceling my entire order and went to Wendy's where I had very prompt service.
