  Didn't go in, used the drive through. Ended up having to go in, as an item was left out of my order. There were 2 others inside missing items, and a gentleman outside waiting for a correction. They were quite busy, all the food was good, and the quickly fixed the order. Strangely, there were out of Diet Coke (had Coke Zero, so no biggie for me), but odd they'd run out of that. All of the staff was kind, helpful fixing my order wasn't difficult. Fries were mid, tasted old.

  Where’s the BEEF! I went to this McDonalds today and they were out of almost everything including Hamburger meat lol! They took my order and my money, pulled me and then had a small kid come out and tell me that they were out of hamburgers and Diet Coke. I asked to speak to a manager. She came out with her lashes and arms both very aggressively flying in the wind! She was very rude and proceeded to act like I was the problem. She admitted that they were aware they were out of a lot of items and were still taking orders. She finally agreed to give me refund and when she brought my money out it wasn’t even what I paid. I just took it with both receipts and left. Sadly this used to be one of the better McDonald’s. McDonalds as a whole needs to clean their act up. You’ll never be chic fila with this kind of behavior!

  Not much to complain about, usually isn't ever too busy, drive thru moves at a good pace. Food is decent as well. Remember youre here for a quick bite, not a fine dining experience.

  Horrible service. I stood at the counter waiting for approx 5 minutes before ordering, there were no other customers in the store. When a young girl finally came to the counter to take my order she was extremely unfriendly and rude. As soon as my order was complete she turned and walked away. As she was walking away she told me I could grab my own cup from the stacks next to the register. I think she was probably annoyed that I didn't use the self service kiosk to order. I didn't realize that's what the screens were until someone walked in later while I was waiting for my order and started using it. Just as bad as her attitude was the food. The fries were soggy and limp. Then I got to my crispy chicken sandwich. With the first bite I noticed the chicken was really tough. Second bite, I couldn't bite through the chicken. I look down and chicken is COMPLETELY RAW!!! I spit everything out and in the garbage it went. Had I not been 10 miles down the road at this point I would have walked back in and raised hell.

  I paid $12 for the new big arch burger and a small fry (I also ordered something else that they just simply did not add to my order) and received a bag that was dripping wet, the fries were ruined, and the expensive burger was raw. I never leave bad reviews like this, because these things do happen, and it wouldn’t be a huge deal. BUT, everyone was so rude from start to finish on top of the food issue. Their resolution was for me to turn around and drive all the way back to the restaurant in order to receive a refund. Again, these things happen, and anywhere else I’ve had this issue has had zero problem refunding me via phone with my order number. They also conveniently provided no receipt other than the order tag on the bag. The whole experience was awful.
