They made it right and offered to send the food out again, but we decided to just get our money back. We then ordered again a few months later and the food never came! I called and they said "sorry the driver is leaving now." I called again and they said the same thing even after talking to corporate. Finally I called again and they said they cant send it because they closed. They offered no free food or anything. I asked for my money back and was also calm during the whole situation. We now go to MT ZION!

I have a tomato allergy noted and all the supervisor at the call center apologized after waited for 55 mins . Will resend there are only 2 times food was right. Every Sunday for the past 2 months. Time to quit ordering I'm starving now and no food. Done with that location.

They remade the pizza and sent it back, saying the manager would check it. Of the 2 pizzas I ordered, one had cheese but almost no sauce. One had the same issue of missing cheese on most of the slices. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but the Newport location was always amazing. Definitely won't order from Edgewood again.
