  Every single time I order at the drive thru here, after paying they will ask that I pull into one of the parking spots to wait for the food to finish (2 happy meals and a 10 piece nugget). After parking in the designated spot, I will have to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for the food to be brought out, and then, it is ALWAYS missing something (fries, sauces etc). I will then tell the food runner employee about the missing item, and 75% of the time they will say “okay” but never return with the missing item, then I’ll have to go back inside the restaurant and plead my case with the workers in there, showing proof that I paid for an item that was not received. I know this is a first world problem and all, and I still keep coming back here because this town only has 4 drive thru restaurants, but damn it really grinds my gears.

  25 minutes waiting for a mcdouble meal and 2 large drinks. The food was cold, the people working the afternoon shift at 725pm think it's funny that you don't get the right food and are really slow prepaing your order. They need to at least make sure people's food is hot. It's a fast food restaurant it really shouldn't be that hard to provide a better service.

  If we order door dash from this location, our order is usually correct! However, visits in person are often a nightmare. At the drive through, they will ask you to pull into a spot out of line and tell you they will bring your food right out. It rarely comes right out and 99% of orders are incorrect or missing items. The person who brings the food, leaves immediately before we can even check our order. Many times, we end up having to go into the restaurant ourselves to request our missing food, drinks, condiments. Today, we had ordered many things including a medium sprite. At the window, they tell us to pull forward for our food and hand us a small sprite. The employee tells us they will bring the medium sprite with the food. We pull forward. A nice employee delivers the food to our car, no sprite. We tell her we need our sprite. She replies I’ll bring that right out. 10-15 minutes later, we had to call the store to request the sprite and a different employee finally delivers it to us. Our visit took over 30 minutes today. We love this McDonald’s but the requests to pull out of line and running of food to cars is really ineffective, not to mention unsafe for the employees running food across the parking lot to cars.

  Service was really good and so was the food and one of the workers Levi was super nice and really cool I really recommend coming here and talking to him and him getting your food if you can
