- UCUp Close CleanersMay 6, 20264.0My family and I went this afternoon for the first time ever to a gold star! Jenna was serving us and she was absolutely amazing! Sweet as pie and so attentive! She gave us the best service we've had in a very long time! There were 4 other people working 3 boys and a girl. They were pretty lazy! Standing around talking and being on their phones while Jenna wiped counters and made sure the customers were happy. The girl was on the drive through and she was making people wait while she was talking to the boys. I'm aware that it's not a fancy restaurant but customer service should be the top priority! Again Jenna worked circles around the 4 others there!
