  Arby's prices are getting out of control. The increase in prices and reduction in size is pricing them out of my range. I can eat in a sit down restaurant for the same price as a roast beef sandwich fries and drink now and get a better quality meal at the restaurant.

  I placed an order through the app. My food seemed reasonably fresh and the restaurant was mostly clean during my brief visit. The staff was a bit disinterested with assisting customers but were friendly enough once engaged.

  Last time I went there I ordered a beef and cheddar classic with a side of red ranch. They didn't put any cheese on my sandwich and didn’t give me any red ranch. The time before that? They threw the red ranch into the bag and gave it to me entirely exploded inside. 😒 I’ve worked in fast food for years and it really just comes down to a complete lack of care for paying customers. It’s not hard to get orders right and to make sure people get why they pay for. It’s not an inconvenience, it’s your job. Don’t like it? Do what I did, get a further education and get a new job.
