  After driving back and forth from Georgia to Ohio more times than I can count, I stopped at Gold Star expecting “plain regular fast food.” Instead, that cheeseburger platter nearly made me emotional. I sat down hungry and left questioning every other fast-food burger I’ve ever trusted. 😂 Fast service, super sweet people, spotless restaurant, and honestly the best quick meal I’ve had on any of our trips. Gold Star deserves a warning label for unexpectedly amazing burgers. For reference I stopped in the Crittenden location about 2:10pm on a Saturday-May 9th 2026! Give these people their flowers!!!

  I felt like l was at my sister's house. Server was personable and friendly. Offered suggestions as well as informed us of daily specials. Aided disabled customers with a helping hand, a kind word and a smile. Been back several times. Enjoyed my meal. Warm open dining area
