The two boys know me by name and they know my order I mean, just pulling in the parking lot, probably one of the best stores that I will do any business with and will only come to even out of my way on purpose because of the way they treat me! If you need anything and you wanna try something new, ask them they’ll help you out with it, though even accommodate you the best that they can. I usually get the peanut butter cup with the quesadilla sub in bacon.

- GDGrace DutyMay 10, 20261.0Went to Tropical Smoothie yesterday for my dinner around 8pm in Crescent Springs and let me just say the service itself needs work. As I was handed my bowl and food item, my car alarm went off and I got startled and dropped my bowl. The bowl went everywhere inside the bag, ruined, and the guy there didn’t say a word. He didn’t offer to help clean it up, give me napkins, asked if I was okay, nothing. I asked for a new bowl thinking he would be kind enough to see I was already stressing out as I was having a rough day to began with. He said “No we can’t do that you need to pay for it.” This happened in the store, right in front of him, not even a step away from the counter. We all have bad days and this bowl was $12. The fact that he didn’t offer to help with anything or ask if I was okay ticked me off and I was really upset as the service was just rude. Show some humanity and kindness here. I love the food itself but this experience really gave this rating a 1 star.
