  Food always comes fresh, fries stay crispy, note that their highest spice level fire in da hole overwhelms the flavors. Attentative and generous staff.

  This place is so good! Fast service, great food. The Kale salad with grilled chicken is always fresh. The fries are hot and crispy. Chicken sandwich is juicy. The service is amazing!

  Very tasty food. I had the thick thighs that were very juicy and had my choice of dipping sauce. I liked the honey spice one, not very hot, but they do have hot available. Wife had sliders. Potatoes were good and the churo's were a nice dessert. Guy taking order at counter was very friendly. Nothing bad to say about our visit.

  How has Joella’s gone so down hill. No bone in chicken anymore. Every part of my order was cold. The tenders weren’t fresh. I think I’d be lucky if they were cooked earlier in the day but it seemed more like yesterday’s chicken. The kale salad is not the same and the portion was tiny. The mac & cheese has changed. It was also cold and rubbery and a tiny portion. There wasn’t a person dining in the restaurant and the staff was watching the soccer match. All in all horrible. Will not return. I honestly can’t believe they are still in business.

  Our first impression was that the restaurant was closed because the lighting from outside made it look dark, but thankfully they were open. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the chicken thighs with the Tweener heat level, along with the red skin mashed potatoes and green beans. Unfortunately, the chicken thighs didn't seem as fresh as we expected, the crust was a little soft instead of crispy. After speaking with the manager, Shawna, she went above and beyond to make things right. She recommended the chicken tenders, and they were absolutely outstanding-hot, fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. She also suggested the red skin mashed potatoes topped with hot gravy, which were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The macaroni and cheese was a bit stiff, likely because we visited closer to the end of the day, so it didn't taste as fresh as it could have. What truly stood out was Shawna's exceptional customer service. She genuinely cared about our experience and turned what started as a disappointing meal into a positive one. Because of her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, I would absolutely return. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Shawna delivered exactly that.
