Visiting from Florida.for the price the food was not that great. Had 3 different servers. Only about 5 customers table being used. I got the burger , it was just okay and got ice water with refills but no more ice. With the different server they gave the food to the wrong person at our table. Missing items that we had to ask for.

My host was the most welcoming and amazing host anyone can ask for his name was Jay and he brought such a comforting welcome to this establishment he deserves a raise my girlfriend started choking on food and he saved her!!!!!!!!!

I had my mom come in from out of town to eat at a Bonefish that my girlfriend and I live close to that we have eaten a before. We usually have a great experience there, we've had birthday parties and dates at this specific location. The restaurant was not that busy nonetheless, our server didn't acknowledge us until after we were seated for 20 - 30 minutes. The manager on shift had to bring us our waters (we didn't have a chance to make any drink orders). Our party was watching how every other server was attentive and courteous to their guest, meanwhile our server was nowhere to be found. When our server finally took our drink orders (which was 40 minutes after we were seated) she was very non-apologetic about our wait and had a "woe is me I'm working so hard" attitude while taking our drink orders. Seeing that it was Mothers Day and we were trying to turn lemons into lemonade we decided to give her another chance. Our drinks and appetizers came (that once again she didn't bring) and we waited another 30 minutes for her to come take our food orders, meanwhile we watched several tables around use get fully served and leave. Finally, she took our entree orders and after an hour or so wait the chef (or sous chef) and several kitchen staff brought us our entrees. All the meals came out cold, the child's order was incorrect, and the side order of fries only had 8 French fries. Our server was once again M.I.A. and I directly spoke to a manager. He said our food has going to paid for. Our server returned and had our meals removed, and told us the food and drinks we received were paid for, however we wouldn't be getting our entrees. So initially we spent nearly three hours in a restaurant on Mother's Day and we weren't feed. Like I said before the restaurant was be no means busy but the service was horrible, the server herself was horrible, and the situation was terribly mismanaged.
