  I ordered lobster tails and they were cooked perfectly the first time but they forgot to serve drawn butter and waited 15 minutes for a server to bring it . By then the food was cold and they said a manager would be right over , that never happened ! Then someone brought out under cooked lobster and never checked back . Then they said they would take it off the bill, and that never happened ! I would never go back

  The worst service I’ve ever experienced. We had an older gentleman as a server and he did not check on us once, I would try to catch his attention and he would continue by. We had to ask another server for a coke because our server only brought water and never asked for our drink order. Our drinks still never came. When he finally brought our check he just sat it on the table and didn’t even respond to our thank you and just walked away. Will not be coming back.

  We went at noon time, not much people, food was nice, but the soup was delayed until the main course was served.

  First time at this location Thursday night celebrating my wife's birthday! Arrived before 5 pm and seated quickly by the very professional host at front desk!! Amber was our server and did an amazing job presenting and serving!! Coconut drinks were amazing and bread was very good !! The steak is ordered had to be sent back to kitchen! Was not any better when it came back out to our table !! My wife's seafood was better and she enjoyed her meal !! Will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon !

  What a great location! We've been to a variety of Bonefish restaurants and this one was easily head of the class! We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Josh with the specials and beverage options. He was very friendly and we enjoyed getting to know him. Kenna was also very attentive throughout our meal, making sure we never went unnoticed. Food quality raised the bar vs our previous visits and our only regret is that this location isn't closer to us! This will now be our spot when we're travelling through the area.
