  Why have a drive thru if all orders are to come inside. If this business is unable to handle drive thru then turn the drive thru lights and menu off. Then customers can choose to come inside OR pass to a business that can effectively run a multiple option choice. Remember this bad customer service when times are tough and the fast food industry is begging for your dollars. Recommend avoid this business at all cost. Poor service to the public should be remembered.

  I picked up an online order 5/1 between 1-2am, and not only was the food prepared beautifully (it was a larger order), but service was awesome. I wasn’t in the best mood and snapped back unnecessarily, and the gentleman that answered was so kind and patient- a patience I didn’t deserve. I called today and apologized, but I want to commend management for awesome training, and staff for such professionalism, even when a customer doesn’t match that energy. We definitely will be coming back, this time with the smile they deserved the first time. Thanks, and highly recommend this location!

  Bad horrible customer service outside smoking weed in the lot ....line long and inside closed early I understand understaffing but but hire so deserving people with so respect for them selves ...

  They sweet sweet lady working the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! My son and I came thru after work and I have to say she was so professional and sweet. I didn't get her name, whoever she is (working late Thursday night after midnight 4-30-26 or 5-1-26) the reason ppl come back even if the food isn't great. The customer service sure was. Thank you late night Taco Bell hardworking lady for your kindness and professionalism!

  Incredibly ridiculous. Don't say you're home until a certain time. The drive thru is supposed to be convenient. Why is it that after 1:00a they're Door Dash only? It should be regular service. Pure laziness if you ask me.
