- KMKari Mas3 days ago1.0A week ago I went to this McDonald’s and sat for 15 minutes waiting on an item. No one explained why it would be a wait and when I called the manager finally came to the window and screamed at me and told me he had a million jobs to do. What would he like me to do. lol! I called their corporate number and was supposed to receive a call in return. No one ever bothered to call me back. Clearly they don’t care about their customers or doing business!

They had me sit in their lobby for 31 minutes while another lady came out after there are now 6 deliver drivers waiting for over 20 minutes that they couldn’t make it? Even thought it was just fries and a chicken sandwich or a pregnant woman. Not really sure what’s being run here but I’d like cooperate or the owner to reach out and further explain why I’m losing money due the staffs very poor communication. If we need help on management please feel free to give me a call.
