  I just received my sandwich with literally one piece of turkey on it. Just 1. It’s so sad how little people care anymore. I don’t even like Jimmy John’s I’ll never be back. Wish I could get my to back definitely not deserved

  Bridget and Vivianna are the best customer facing service workers that I've had the pleasure of ordering from this year. This is a great location with a great crew who cares about their local community. Thank you all!

  Came in at lunchtime. Most of the sandwich places I’ve been to will make your sub while you watch, Asking what you want and don’t want on it. I saw in the menu that the sub I ordered came with onion so I asked to not have any. I end up with a sub full of lettuce. You can’t see the person making your sub so you have no control. I trusted that it would only come with what is on the menu. It came out full of lettuce. I asked the lady to make one without and she stated that I didn’t ask not to have it. I explained that it isn’t listed on the menu so I didn’t know. This staff member may have been having a bad day. She certainly treated me as if she was. The sub was just ok. 2 stars for how clean and cool the building is but I won’t be back.
