  This place has really gone down hill over the past few months. They are constantly messing up my order, I have to repeat my order multiple times by just ordering because it’s like they don’t understand. And they usually mess it up still. Every single time I’ve ordered a coffee in the past two months, all the sugar is sitting at the bottom and they do not stir it. They never stir any of the drinks at all anymore. And when I’ve asked about it, they’ve got rude both times. It seems like there’s a need for some serious retraining at this location.

  I genuinely don’t understand the low ratings for this Dunkin. This is hands down my favorite location—purely because of the people. Yeah, there might be a wait sometimes… but I’ll take a few extra minutes for great service over rushed and rude any day. I travel a lot and hit plenty of coffee spots, and this team has the best vibe by far. Mistakes? Rare. And when they happen (honestly, half the time my fault 😅), they fix it—no attitude, no hassle. They’ve even covered my own mix-ups more than once. Good coffee is everywhere. Good people aren’t. This place gets it right.

  Surprised by all the negative reviews— I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and I visit this location at least twice a week. Hopefully they will get around to streamlining the pick-up process at the walk up window, as in the morning it tends to be a disorganized crowd of people and it’s hard to tell who is picking up an online order and who needs to order. But my order is always right and the staff are always pleasant

  Super bad attitude from the workers. They were talking and giggling instead of taking orders. The service was horrible. I ended up ordering a bagel and it took them over 10 minutes to hand it to me, I was the only customer there how does it take 10 minutes for a singular bagel?? Mind boggling. One star is generous for the service I received.

  Can a happy accident both enrich and ruin your life simultaneously? Behold, the Cro'Bagel! One of the staff, surely overworked but still a champion appeared to mix up my order. Bagel on bottom and French pastry atop eggs and freedom cheese. What appeared at first to be a mistake slowly revealed itself to be a life changing opportunity. Seeing my meal, I held my breath and took a bite. Chewy meets soft and savory delight! Delicious at first, I soon realized this creation has ruined my life. Though delicious, how am I to go about ordering this again without mockery and awkward glances. Why Dunkin, why do you torment me?! Please update your menu and save me future embarrassment, the Cro'Bagel unlike "fetch" must become a thing. Please Dunkin, release me from the flavor curse!
