    A friend and I went thru Arbys drive thru. Ordered 2 beef and cheddars with a loaded baked potatoe. $17.97 total. When the young girl brought the food, we asked for napkins. The girl walked over to the opposite counter and glared at us! The sandwiches were a mess but lukewarm. Potato wasnt warm enough to melt butter if it had been put on the potato. There were no cars in the parking lot and one vehicle in front of us in the drive thru. Dont lose temper with these children but dont let them walk all over you either. Point out if they are disrespectful to you. The days of respecting elders ended with Hank Jr. Im afraid. There was no reason to respond to a paying customer by going and leaning on the counter. Very strange, but ive worked in fast food. She wasnt rushed or busy and her hair was not restrained. If she can lean she can clean. There are state and federal FDA laws that are being violated. If i had found a long hair in that mess i would have violated a couple federal laws as well. So it will all come out in the wash. Dont get mad get even when people are rude and dont appreciate having a decent job at a decent company in a brand new building. No leaning more cleaning and Google hair nets.

    Very slow inside service. Waited 5 minutes or so to take our order. Saw 6 orders larger than ours go out the drive thru. 20 minutes later we are called for our order, no peach cobblers wraps as ordered, no ajue given. Fries were cold, Sandwich dry and pieces were small and with burnt areas. Dining room was slow but dirty, restroom was dirty as well.

    I tried to go through the drive-through and there was a man vomiting in the line So I came inside to order. I’ve been inside approximately 18 minutes and counting still haven’t ever received my food when I walked in the soda. Machine was leaking water and the Minute Maid covering was pushing the button. I told the manager that the water was running out and she looked at me like I was a idiot and was like yeah that’s our water and then I had to tell her yeah it’s just running and not stopping a new boy named Noah is working. She’s barking at him like a dog and ordering him around to do things that she could do she’s lazy and disrespectful and I would never let my kids work here. This shift needs to be fired.

    The last 3 times we have stopped at the falls road Arby's we have had TERRIBLE service. Today my husband and I stopped to get lunch. Ordered at the speaker, pulled to window and was handed part of our order. We checked what we were first handed (they didn't tell us it was only part of our order before shutting the window) and realized we only had half our order, the fries were half full and our sauces weren't in the box. My husband waits until the cashier comes back to the window and asks for sauce and for the fries to be filled up. He also let her know she forgot one of the sandwiches. She shuts the window comes back and very rudely holds the bag out which my husband takes and she shuts the window back before my husband could let her know we still needed sauce. We hear her talking to another worker and the worker saying "they are still at the window" she opens the window up and says, what do you need? My husband asks her for sauce and she THROWS the sauce at him and 2 or the 3 packs fall down to the concrete outside of our car. She shuts the window AGAIN and turns around. When she opened the window again he told her it fell to the ground and she said "this is why we ask about sauce at the speaker" (they didnt ask at the speaker). Then tells my husband to "go on there are people behind you." My husband pulls out and calls the store. Brandi (general manager) speaks with him. She said they didn't have a corporate number and had to go online to get ahold of corporate. She also said her cashier didn't do anything wrong. Every time we go there they are extremely rude and our orders are wrong. We definitely wont be back and would love to know if there is a number for corporate. Brandi said no one else ever complains but I find that hard to believe.
