The drinks are wonderful and the staff is so so friendly. I just love going there. I’ve been in a different ones across states but the staff here in Corbin they are just southern friendly. I love the different selections plus I’ve never gotten one there that I did not like. Before 7 Brew I visited another coffee shop, but it was a hit and miss if the drink was good or not, but it’s 100% every time at 7 Brew.

Music's a wee bit loud- or I'm just getting old. Very kind waitress. Honestly the whole staff was kind as they gave me my birthday breve. Wrote Happy birthday on it and everything. Super great staff, amazing drink. Love being able to preorder. Honestly highly recommend.

Today I went through the Corbin ky location and the line hop server literally decided that after one car in our line it was more important to talk chit chat he leaned up on a car in the lane beside us (that she had already done order for) and proceeded to follow that car as it moved up in line completely neglecting everyone else in both lanes to the point she didn’t even know where she had left off on orders and cars were lined up behind us and the lane she was holding up was lined up too. She followed it all the way to the window checkout spots before considering the rest of the customers (this is also not the first time this has ever happened but by far the worst with time etc) it’s one thing to be friendly but it’s another to completely neglect everyone else that is your paying customers for excessive amounts of time. Management should really look at these issues as it’s been a reason I personally have been going back to Starbucks between this being a recurrent issue and constant wrong orders. I’m never the person to leave a bad review it takes a lot and usually a couple times before I will say anything as I’ve worked customer service and with public and I run a business myself we are all human but at some point this has to be corrected

Love all their tea options! Lots of variety and flavors to choose from. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. Coffee itself isn't the highest quality, but geared toward their target audience with the flavors & fun drink concept.
