  It was the worst experience of my life. We ordered our food waited over 40 minutes and still did not receive our food. They were not busy, yet they could not serve us! We had to leave without food due to a dr appointment. I will never eay there, ever again! McDonald's is horrible food, but I will eat their food over Sonic any time!

  Tried bay Noone answered after 2 time the button timed out so went to drive thru made order they kept adding things that weren't ordered so I said im just gonna pull to window been sitting behind a car that was at Window when I pulled into lot I've been sitting here almost 30 minutes and the car on front of me still sitting there

  Went through on June 30 to get some drinks and a red white and blue slush float we waited about 10 minutes give or take and thats fine but Our initial slush float was under filled and made Incorrectly,(not layered right strawberries in the middle ice cream on top) so we asked for it to get remade the woman at the window was extremely bothered that we wanted that and was very snippy. They remade it (second picture) also made incorrectly and this time there's a tiny squirt of ice cream on top and UNFLAVORED slush on top and the layers are still wrong. When we told her this was kinda bad and if it could please get made correctly she rolled her eyes and said"really? What's wrong with it all the ingredients are there so I don't see the big problem" and sighed and gave us dirty looks. The customer service at this sonic is just awful and so is the way the staff is so careless about the image they give their establishment. Super unprofessional

  If your struggling with getting employees I understand, but give the customers a heads up please. Pulled up to order at parking spot and no one Answered, but you see people are going through drive up and being served very slowly. And I mean slowly. Atleast put a sign up on your ordering boards saying due to lack of help please use drive up. Management get your act together, save your employees trying to work and help you, and your customers
