  Second time at this location and was completely unimpressed. Had better service and quality of food the second week they were open but after today, won’t be back for a while. Employees were rude and rushing through the line (when there were only two people there) only to come out with dry food.

  The GM Andrew was incredible!! The food was fresh and delicious!!! We had my niece with us and he constantly checked in if everything was good, gave her a little dessert, and cleaned up after us after we asked to do it ourselves. So thoughtful, so intentional, and the food was exceptional. This is the ONLY Qdoba I will go to!!!!!!

  I placed an online order around 9pm, an hour before closing. I picked it up before I went to work. When I got there to eat my dinner, it was completely wrong. I spent almost $16 and couldn't eat any of my food. I tried to call twice to see if I could just get a credit for next time and they acted like they couldn't hear me. The girl, I believe Nicole was her name, hung up on me twice. It was not my phone, so unless the phone at the store acts up, they just didn't want to hear my complaint. This was the 3rd time I had visited the store, the other 2 times I walked in and my food was great. I am willing to try again, but I guess I won't be ordering online. That way, I can be sure they make my food correctly. Lesson learned.

  The food tasted good. My problem was how the manager (I’m assuming) talked to and then about his one non-white employee. The whole thing could have been handled much more professionally. I get that it was busy and that can make things more high stress, but that’s not the way to handle it.
