  I’ve been going here for years and have always had a great interaction. However, I went to get breakfast this morning and it was horrible. I was the only one in the drive through at the time and ordered a hash brown and a Coke. Paid, got to the other window and was told go to the second waiting in your hash brown. No problem, things happen. Still only one in drive through.. cars started coming through and I watched each one recieve food and drinks… I sat there for 15 minutes… two cars pulled around me to wait for their food and I watched a lady come out and try and give a bag of food to each of those cars.. it wasn’t theirs and she went back in. 5 minutes later she opened the window and said here. I said I also ordered a Coke. She looked at me like I asked for millions of dollars.. and said are you sure? I said yeah? She asked for my receipt, okay fine. Showed her and she said I guess. Slammed the window and took another 5 minutes to bring it and then said here and about threw it at me, and slammed the window. I called the store 4 times before “assistant general manager” Kayla or Kyla, had to ask for her name three times before she would give it to me, and told her what happened. In a very snarky voice she said oh geez that really sucks for you. I brushed it off and asked why I had to wait so long for a hash brown, and she said I dunno, that sucks. I told her I didn’t like how she was answering me and she told me I was being aggressive and to call corporate they might care.. I said excuse me? This isn’t how you handle people.. she said yeah, when I’m met with aggression I can. You’re aggressive call corporate and hung up. I tried calling back several times and as soon as she knew it was me she said bye and hung up. This is not okay and I did call the number I found on the bottom and left a message for who I can assume is a franchise owner. I really hope the “assistant general manager” gets some training. I always have grace for service workers because I’ve been there and I try so hard to be friendly. This interaction was not okay.

  I asked for a sausage egg cheese biscuit with extra cheese. And she constantly kept trying to charge me for sausage egg biscuit and 2 cheese. Yes that is the same thing. But it cost more. Lady told me that’s what it is on there screen. I said no it’s not. I got it before. She hanging outside the window yelling and cussing me out. This is why I don’t like to go to this location and won’t go back. Yall customer service here sucks. And she deserved to get fired…..

  amazing service even in the drive-thru. With just a slightly backed up line, I believe the manager or employee not sure on his status went out of his way to come to cars to collect their card so that their wait was less than expected and food was given quickly! Outstanding service and i’m not one to review many businesses! Truly very thoughtful

  Nothing like getting handed an ice cream cone after they have touched the nasty touch screen they enter orders on and touched all over the cone itself! Unsanitary, use a napkin to wrap the cone and dont touched something someone is going to eat, nasty!
