  I have only had drinks from this location. I love Dunkin, however no matter how many times I ask for less ice, my cup/drink is always FULL of ice! There are lines on the cup for a reason. I have even complained to corporate several times about this, just to get the same thing each time. Please, just tell the employees to read the directions for the order! ( I do keep going back because I love the protein refreshers. ) I always get a protein refresher. However the last 2x, there has been NO protein milk in my drink. And yes, I can tell the difference. Staff has always been friendly. But we pay to get our full drink, not ice...and protein milk add in is always 1$ extra.. Madisonville location always gets it rt, maybe take some notes from them!

  Walked in for donuts, waited at the counter for 5 minutes while staff was in a group talking and laughing. Several of them looked our way and then ignored us. After 5 minutes of being ignored we left with nothing. Doubt I will ever return.

  Twice now i have ordered on the app, paid, and get there and am ask "were out of boston creams, would you like something else?" NO if i wanted something else i would have ordered that, I would like that I already paid you for. its 4 in the afternoon and you are "out?" of a menu item? thats over 25% of your work day you are "out" of something. Is the owner aware of the lack of counting skills being demonstrated by their employees? If you see less than one of the item YOU ARE STILL ACTIVELY SELLING ON THE APP MAKE MORE. This isnt rocket science.......

  Drink some food are always great. Highly disappointed at the most recent promotion. The buckets were a great idea. But each location that actually got some only got a handful. Really disappointed.
