  Last year every time I went to sonic in cave city Kentucky there was a long line and it took forever to get the order. I stopped going. I really like Sonics shakes. I tried again last week. The worker was by herself. There was one lady in front of me. She said she already ordered. I waited 10 minutes. In that ten minutes the worker was working on the ice cream machine. She pulled a tube out and rinsed it out put in back in 3 times. I asked the lady waiting if she ordered a shake. She said a Sonic Blast. I'm guessing this requires ice cream. I finally left realizing that nothing has changed there in a year. So sad.

  Ordered the $7 meal deal two times in the last month. Did not receive the chicken bites either time! Looks like they have the money to advertise to people to come order the meal, but not deliver what they pay to advertise! Also the french fries are terrible. Tried to eat them and ended up throwing them in the trash! I did call after the second time (I gave them a pass on the first one my mistake) and was told they were sorry but they would not attempt to make it right. I’m a Cave City resident, and my family nor I will ever order from this location again!

  Had the worst fries I’ve ever had.. We ordered the $7 meal, which comes with a burger, fries, and chicken bites, but instead we were given two medium of fries and no chicken bites.. The fries were so hard that they were practically inedible. This is the third time we’ve ordered from this location, hoping the fries would get better, but they weren’t.. Mundforville location isn’t like this, Cave City is really bad and it’s not even busy so no excuse for cooking it really bad… We won’t be coming back.
