  Food was horrible. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it was mostly bread. The salad itself was dry. My husband ordered the large beef and cheddar it was not even hot. Won't be stopping at this Arby's again. Now we know why no one was in line but us. People were going to McDonalds, KFC and Taco Bell while bypassing Arbys. Service was okay.

  Good food and finally some half way decent employees. Faster drive threw than mc Donald's and thier I've cream machine always works.

  There was no one inside when I went in. Stood at the counter for several minutes before the older lady in the drive-thru acknowledged my existence & said 'someone will be right with you' (there was no one in the drive thru, either). Several more minutes passed before she yelled 'people upfront!!' at the people in the back. Two teenagers sauntered out from the back & finally took my order. Both my sandwich & curly fries were cold - had probably been sitting for a while. Happy that I was just passing thru and feel sorry for people who have no other options.
