If you arent going to be open at 10:10am as advertised then change your hours. Not hard to be open on time and answer the drive through.

All the states i have been too and even many locations of Jimmy John's i have eaten at, this location may as well just go out of business and safe the public the horrible waste of money. Small servings narrow bread and even the dressing smelled sour. Instantly threw it away. Don't bother going there. The person working acted like each request was an absolute inconvenience. Just lock it up and retire because from the staff to the food this is one of the worst ever and don't offer to replace my order because I don't want it. Wish I could post -3 stars for this horrible excuse for a establishment. Go eat PB&J save your money.

We came in a few minutes until closely and all of the workers were extremely welcoming. They were super nice and gave us excellent service! We tried to leave a tip for being so kind but they insisted that we kept it.

If I could get give a less of a star, I would my husband and I went there for two sandwiches 2 Not four we went through the drive-through one car was in front of us when we ordered the person taking our order. Acted like they knew what we were talking about went great. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and after getting a. A turkey Tom on wheat bread, the square wheat bread, no cheese plus tomato peppers and then I got a number 12 beach club unwhich Which means no bread to drinks and a bag of chips when we finally get to the window after my husband has already went in and complained. The lady at the window was so friendly, but then gave us the wrong order and no chips so I asked for the chips and she gave us the chips. We pulled away from the window so the people in the back of us could get their order and when we got our we checked our order and they were both wrong. Mine was on a bun and his was wrong. We took him back in and he demanded a refund. We will never go back to that Jimmy John’s again every time we go there the order is wrong if you don’t have enough workers, then you should not open the restaurant or at least not the drive-through make people come in make sure they’re getting their order right you’re gonna be leaving Campbellsville if you don’t start doing your orders correctly Oh, and forward to be freaky fast no, I think it’s grandpa slow
