  Everyone who works here hates their job and its OBVIOUS. The order is NEVER right and half the time the food is gross. If you complain about them getting your order wrong you get a huge attitude. I ordered ice cream and they gave me chocolate and I told her it was wrong. She insisted I was wrong, when I get one multiple times a week with my kids. She slammed it down into the trash and loudly announced "She says its wrong bc she doesn't want chocolate!" When it was remade she shoved it at me "here!". Today I had sick cranky kids so I thought a quick drive thru breakfast would lift spirits. The woman rushed me through the order (which I sympathize, my kids were fighting in the backseat) but there was literally no one else there. I paid like $30 something for food I wouldn't feed my dog. Bacon that just crumbled apart and eggs that look like the moisture was fried out of them on a dirty skillet. I through it all in the trash. DQ has my fav tenders and my kids love our ice cream dates but its getting harder and harder to come here. Nobody cares if your order is right and tbh they probably don't get paid enough to care. They'll mix your blizzard with whatever was mixed before (which is a huge bummer if you don't like mint) and most everything is old or over cooked. Everyone is frowning. It's just unpleasant

  Order ice cream sundaes on the app while at Lowe’s. Fiancé goes in to pick up at pick up time, was greeted with rude customer service like “well it’s gonna be a while” currently 15 minutes past pick up time and still waiting. Pretty disappointing.

  Should have read reviews before going apparently this DQ has had unsatisfactory service a very long time. I placed my order of #5 meal no mayo, no lettuce & mustard. Also a small strawberry angle food cake blizzard. My ticket # was 9, I could give more info from my receipt but I had to give them my copy to complete my order and never got it back. It took forever to receive my order and my blizzard sat on the counter long enough to melt. I had to tell them that it was my blizzard after it sat at least 15 minutes on the counter. The associate at the counter did NOT tip my blizzard over but I did in front of her and it spilled out on counter and floor. She had the girl working the ice-cream side remake my blizzard. It was about then they tried to figure out where my food was and another 10 minutes or more to get to warming table then another 5 minutes to be bagged and handed to me. Will say my sandwich was made right & was good but overall this was the worst DQ experience I've ever had. And being that I'm an ex DQ associate I have never seen such mishandling happening all at once. I'm sure I will not be the only one tonight who only gives one star just so they can comment, it would have been zero stars if it was possible.

  What a joke. A place with a system put in place and they cant go by it. Handing out random items to orders. They do not care to look at a ticket. Ice cream just setting there melting. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst dairy queen ever.

  I should've read the reviews before I spent my money ! And all the responses To the complaints are " I'm sorry " don't be sorry. Do something about it! I'm sorry doesn't give us back our money , doesn't make our experience better and doesn't make the food taste better. The problem is management! My order was sitting under the heat lamps, which was great for the hot dogs , not so much for my salad 🤨 I think the cook had just put it up but I saw the cashier move it under the light and she left it because she seemed more interested in finding the receipt , finally I asked her to move the salad while she figured things out . I should've had them make a fresh one, but I didn't think it was underneath there long enough for it to affect anything. I was wrong. I got home had to throw away over half of the lettuce. There was maybe one very small chicken tender cut up on it I had maybe five or six tiny pieces of tomato. I would've been better off buying the four piece chicken strip meal and getting a side salad cause it would've probably been close to the same price of a meal that I had to throw over half of it away. So disappointed.
