  This place uses garbage touchscreens to order food and then the staff wants to look at you with an attitude when you choose to order manually like with a human being. We’re franchise owners are becoming lazy and cheap is causing them to lose money because they don’t realize those touchscreen eventually needs something called “maintenance,” and if you don’t do this, then people accidentally touch other things they don’t mean to touch and then eventually they just get frustrated and leave— that’s pretty much my experience this garbage place didn’t get a dollar from me because they need to wake the up and realize how important human being interaction is and not be cheap so they can buy another boat. 🙄

  There’s been five occasions we showed up for a late night meal and the drive through is closed. They never turn the lights off, no sign, nothing indicates the drive through is closed until the dude working eventually tells you it is (typically with a shitty attitude). Lost our business and multiple others we see turn around each time. Literally just put up a sign or do something

  Showed up on a road trip at 230 am. They were so nice. Im pregnant and the only thing i wanted was a reuben. They made it special steamy hot for me and were so nice about it. ❤️❤️
