Ordered at the register after waiting in line and got my doughnuts but not the black coffee. People who ordered ahead of me at the kiosk don’t get the doughnuts they ordered because I took the last chocolate glazed (ordered after them). It was 7:45 in the morning and they were out of one of the most popular kinds and most others too. Had to wait 15 mins for black coffee and we were told the wait would be 15-20 mins after ordering. It’s an airport so I’m sure some couldn’t wait that long. Very poorly managed. Apparently I should have read the reviews first and waiting for coffee on the plane.
