After contacting the store back; was told I need to bring this item back (which looks like a finger nail) along with my pizza so they can "report the incident" to whoever they report it too. So probably my last time going here...then the "GM" called me back and said they can't do anything due to me coming to pick up the order instead of it being delivered. They offered me a credit; and to remake the pizza....which it would cost me more in gas than the pizza is worth.
