  I’m new in town and have been coming to this Taco Bell for a few weeks I went there last night around 8:00pm and my food came out very fast and super fresh but about 4 days ago when I came my food was cold and hard it’s like the chalupa was just sitting here for 45 minutes so I don’t know what they are doing new but please keep it up!

  We always order through the app and it’s always been hot and fresh. They have forgotten items a couple of times but I also work in food service and I understand that while it isn’t optimal it does happen that’s why I check my order now before I leave because I’m not about driving back to the store! I’ve never had any issues obtaining forgotten items, the staff has always been kind to me. I also don’t order and expect it to be ready in 30 seconds, I wait until the app says it’s ready because I, for the life of me, will never understand these people that order and think it’s going to be ready in 30 seconds! That’s why there is a food tracker people! Last time we ordered I went inside the store and picked up our food and there was a woman being so terribly rude to a young lady about a cheese sauce cup, raising her voice and being ugly. The young lady was trying to tell her she would get it right away but this woman was hell bent on destroying someone’s day…I just want to say has everyone forgotten that these workers are people too? It’s a cheese cup my friend, it’s not that deep! Everyone is struggling these days in some way, shape, or form…just be kind! EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, show some grace!
