  I want to start off by saying I accidentally forgot to stop at the speaker and let them know I was there to pick up an online order, I drove up there was a car in front of me and as soon as I got behind the car, the man was outside the window and he gave me a rude look. Once the car left and I get up to the window. he asked my last name I told him and then he proceeded to tell me rudely. It was going to be five minutes then when he comes to give me my order, he tells me in a rude town that next time for me to stop at the speaker to let them know I was there to pick up my order and then I did not have to be rude. Firstly, he was the one rude. I never once said anything rude to him, nor did I give him a rude look all I said was my last name I will go to a different subway just because of him. The subway was at the location, closest to Little Caesars and overtime. His main concern should be getting dental insurance through his work.

  I take a great deal of pride in the fact that I’m not a difficult customer. I’m not demanding or nitpicking anything or requesting any special treatment or changes to orders. I also have never left a bad review, until now. This subway must be under new ownership and I will not be returning. I came through the drive thru and ordered three six inch sandwiches. No drinks or chips. When I got to the window I was told that the dining room was open and next time if I have multiple sandwiches to park and come inside and order. I had a load of wood and dirt in my truck so I was looking for easy. Apparently the drive thru is for their convenience and not the customers. They did not give me the correct sandwiches and the bread was OLD. NOT FRESH AT ALL!!! The whole experience has left me amazed at the rudeness and entitlement of businesses who clearly do not appreciate customers.

  There was a plastic glove left in my sandwich. Not sure how that’s even possible making that mistake.

  Today at 3:11pm I pull up behind a vehicle, and they were shouting heinous remarks to this poor helpless worker. Then they just sped away, and I was left to wonder if they just came to scream at her. I ordered my sandwich, and came to the window. The poor worker was crying because she was in distress from hurtful comments of the previous car. Please treat subway workers better they go through enough based on the rest of these reviews. I think ya’ll are the problem honestly. Btw my sandwich was delicious.
