  Would have given them 5 on service but they gave us the wrong flavoring on one of our Sundaes.

  Did a mobile order for 2 drinks. 3 other cars were there when we got there. 35 minutes after checking in I went and knocked on the door to try and get an update on my order and was told they would bring it right out. 10 more minutes later finally got our drinks.

  Carhops never have sauce trays and aren’t friendly. When I add lime to a drink they only put one slice and don’t squeeze it. Drinks are never filled up to the line. Most of the bowling green sonics suck.

  It is ridiculous to have to wait 20+ minutes for 2 items on an app order. They have your payment, so you can’t just drive off. Every Sonic in town is just horrible. Especially if you use the app.

  Avoid this place like the plague!! Horrible horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a soda!!! No food just a soda. Then I get it & it’s flat and nasty. I drove back to get replacement and the lady at the drive through window was very rude and slammed the window in my face as I was asking her if I need to choose a different soda if they are out of the one I ordered. It’s always a problem here. Terrible business. Just terrible. They also always forget something anytime you order
