  Went for a bag of ice and chili dog. I started off in the drive thru line, waited ten minutes and no took my order. Drove to a stall and waited another 15min. If I didn't need that particular type of ice I would have just left.

  I’ve never seen such a slow drive thru holy moly. Waited 30 minutes behind one car and then when we pulled to the speaker, nobody would answer. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The manager needs to make sure they’re staffed appropriately and set them up for success.

  I ordered on the app at 3:13 and it said it would be ready (estimated) 3:19. Got my order about 3:44. I only got my order because I called the store and asked for a refund. We have given Sonic multiple chances lately. Between the long wait times and wrong orders, we are simply done.

  The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. Their smash burgers are my favorite.

  App showed food ready at 3:15, received food at 3:27. It's hard to accept their apologies when you see other cars, who pulled in after you, get their order and leave while you're still waiting. Both mobile pick up and speaker box orders were seen to receive faster service. Chilli cheese tots were basically inedible. Burger was ordered without tomatoes but had them on it anyway. The nearly $4 fountain drink of coke was low on syrup making it barely drinkable. Only positive note was the milkshake, it was pretty good. Over all, an extremely disappointing visit.
