  Carhops never have sauce trays and aren’t friendly. When I add lime to a drink they only put one slice and don’t squeeze it. Drinks are never filled up to the line. Most of the bowling green sonics suck.

  It is ridiculous to have to wait 20+ minutes for 2 items on an app order. They have your payment, so you can’t just drive off. Every Sonic in town is just horrible. Especially if you use the app.

  Their service is so outrageous. They chucked a banana shake I got for my birthday at me and it spilt everywhere and made a huge mess. I am disappointed on how they treated me. Will never come back here.

  Avoid this place like the plague!! Horrible horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a soda!!! No food just a soda. Then I get it & it’s flat and nasty. I drove back to get replacement and the lady at the drive through window was very rude and slammed the window in my face as I was asking her if I need to choose a different soda if they are out of the one I ordered. It’s always a problem here. Terrible business. Just terrible. They also always forget something anytime you order

  Ordered from the app. Missed half our order. Then when I asked for marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks the car hop said "my manager said if it's not on the receipt we can't give it to you." Great customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why I don't tip in the app because they always screw up and think they deserve extra
