  Very slow and order accuracy issues. Not especially busy, so apparently severely understaffed. Spent 15 minutes in drive thru, mostly waiting patiently for the staff who are apparently busy to return to the speaker. Order was rung up incorrectly. Waited five at the patio kiosk for a response. Waited another 15. Spent half an hour for a shake and water…

  As a family member, I have heard about this situation for a long time now and have personally watched the stress and emotional impact it has caused. This has been discussed many times, and it is clear there have been ongoing issues that were not properly addressed. Other people are aware of what has been happening as well, and this is not something being made up or exaggerated. Nobody should be treated unfairly while simply trying to do their job.

  I thought the sonic on Louisville road was the worst one in this town but it's actually this one. Waited 18 actual minutes for a large drink with 2 other people in the parking lot. Girls excuse was shes the only car hop for the entire store which is on management but that was probably a pitiful excuse

  Put in an order ahead and came abt 5 mins after I ordered. Only got a sweet tea and a mozzarella stick, waited 20 mins and nobody had brought me my food. I moved to a stall so I could ring in and get ahold of someone and they said they would get it right out and then proceeded to not bring it for another 10 mins. Had to go to the drive through to get my food. Sonic customer service has went so downhill since the drive throughs have been put in.

  This location has not become a favorite. They have been increasingly getting slower and slower. Especially with the mobil orders. If ever in a hurry, I would not suggest this location.
