  Just got a reeces blast and a cup of ice cream. Took 10-15 minutes no big deal ice cream was fresh and reeces blast had melted and I drunk it through a straw. Terrible service. I’ll add the waitress didn’t smile didn’t say thank you, nothing at all

  We always stop at Sonic when we travel south as we don't have any in Indiana. This was by far the worst experience we have had at any Sonic. I placed my order outside and had to repeat it 4 times for her to get it right. She never asked my name and my order didnt show on the screen but she said my order was placed. I couldn't get it to accept my card so I thought maybe I would pay when it came out 🤷‍♀️. Another gentleman came up to order and he had to repeat his order 8 times as she kept putting in the wrong items. After about 10 minutes I walked back up to make sure my order was in. This again took 6 times of explaining the situation and she finally placed my order again and I was able to pay for it. Another 30 minutes without our order and I walked to the door to ask for a refund. The manager and another young lady were very kind and apologetic and she did refund my money. Apparently while she was processing the order it came up. I tried to be nice about the situation but I honestly was frustrated and hangry for which I did apologize.

  We spent between 30 and 45 minutes here waiting on our food as they kept delivering it to us wrong over and over again until the point they were cussing at us and calling us names we got a refund and proceeded to leave and the black lady followed us out to the truck yelling and screaming, threatening us, taking pictures of us and our license plate all we wanted was some food on our way back from Florida thanks for wasting our time and being rude not to mention we had to walk inside the doors to ask them about a refund and the store is very very dirty

  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I’ve been there 5 times in the last two weeks for my slushies and milkshakes. They drop the ball every time. I ordered a rt 44 milkshake tn and hey gave me a half filled 32 ounce and literally so much whipped cream you could choke on it. I understand accidents happen but I mean every time in the past two weeks has SUCKED. ALSO why am I waiting 30 minutes once I get there for an order I placed online.

  After waiting 17 minutes for an ice cream and chicken wrap (order was closed online after 5 minutes) and going inside to ask after 10 minutes. My sonic blast is literally just soft serve with toppings sprinkled on top. Nothing mixed in. The only good sonic location around is in Scottsville!! Don’t waste your time or money here.
