  Terrible experience, we waited 30 minutes for a very simple ice cream order, everyone had something wrong about their order and it was half melted when we got it. We finally knocked on the door asking where our order was and it had just been sitting there on the counter, no one brought it out to us and the kitchen staff had to do it. Ridiculous.

  The worst sonic we ever ever been too. When they brought out our drinks one was the wrong size and we were missing another. We ordered a grape slush with nerds, there were no nerds in it. Large fries were way old, they were cold and soft when we got back to our hotel that is only 2 minutes away. I also found a few breaded chicken chunks in the fries when I dump them out, we didn't order any chicken at all.

  They got my order wrong 3 times, then they gave me someone else's bag, and not 1 thing I asked for. My mistake for not looking before I left. They wasted enough of my time, wont be back.

  Absolutely awful experience at this Sonic. I was on my lunch break and waited 40 minutes just to get the WRONG order after already paying. Then I waited another 20 minutes after being told they would remake it. While waiting, I walked inside and the kitchen was a complete disaster. The cook was yelling at the servers, employees were throwing away cold food, and nobody seemed to know what was going on. It was honestly the most unorganized fast food experience I’ve ever seen. I usually love Sonic, but this location is beyond unacceptable. Management clearly has no control over what’s happening. People only get a short lunch break and shouldn’t have to waste over an hour for food they never even ordered correctly. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
