  Food is never fresh. always comes out cold, always a long wait time. staff don't know what they are doing. This is the worst sonic I've ever been to in the entire country.

  Literally the worst employees & sonic in town. Be nice if they could even try to read. Idk how anyone at this location doesn't feel dumb as hell. Before y'all give me your random "owner" response, why don't y'all actually read the reviews & fix something.

  Never coming back here. Ordered on the app and took 15 minutes to tell me they couldn't fill my order and I need to get my money back on the app. This sonic sucks. Period.

  Asked for a cherry limeade got a sprite… gave it back just to get a sprite with a few cherry squirts in it. Got mozzarella sticks and a corn dog- both cold like they’ve been done for forever and sitting out…. Tbh if they were any colder I’d just think they were thawed from the freezer then served to me. Same for my husband’s tots. His breakfast wrap was hot and good but that was only because it was ordered late in the evening so they HAD to make it fresh. Just wanted an easy dinner and a nice drink but got disappointment 😅. I’ve been here 4 times and every visit is the same… yall…. Get it together. It’s not that complicated 😅… most of us are happy to wait for good food.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the Sonic Drive-In on Louisville Road in Bowling Green, KY. My children stopped by your restaurant this evening and ordered food. When they got home, we realized that an order of Ched ‘R’ Peppers and a drink were missing from the order. I immediately called the store, expecting the issue to be resolved, as mistakes happen. Instead, I was told that my children “probably ate it.” I found that response to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. I spoke with the manager’s name, Cheyenne ! Rather than listening to my concern or attempting to verify what happened, Cheyenne chose to assume that my children were being dishonest. To make matters worse, while I was still speaking, Cheyenne hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. When I called back several times, the phone appeared to be left off the hook so it wouldn’t ring, finally reached her and the offered me 20%off for what I had already paid for!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE!
