  Pushed the button to order and it was nearly 10 minutes before anyone came on to take our order. The person who finally did was totally unfamiliar with the menu. At one point they asked if we were in the drive through. We told them what stall, but seemed to be disconnected. We never saw a confirmation of our order on the screen which was concerning because we had not finished the order. After another 10 minutes a payment option appeared on the screen, but not showing what was ordered. This turned out to be a 40 minute experiece without ever receiving food. Other Sonics are usually fast and efficient. Obviously, the policy at this Sonic is wait on the drive through and screw everyone else. Eventually, they brought out someone else's order. Then they came over the speaker to tell us they were remaking our order. At this point we told them to cancel the order Avoid this place!

  It’s sad when you take time to grab some food before you go to work,knowing you don’t have food at work and then you get to work and find your burger is burnt and can’t eat it. And then wait 10 minutes for a bad burger.

  Not going to lie, sonic has disappointed me. I ordered a strawberry slush with nerds and this is what I get. Mind you, paid regular price. Definitely does not look like in the picture. Its also not the first time. Previous visits I've paid for extra strawberry and nothing. I asked the lady at the windows and gives an attitude like its my fault. Saying the way they serve it is they put everything at the bottom. Done got to the earth's core and still haven't found it. Same with my limeades. Did I mentioned I tipped.
