  I sat at the second stall for 15 minutes while they took all the other people‘s orders in the first lane and I was there way before them and then I went back a second time and they still didn’t take my order will not be going back

  I have tried several times to give Sonic on Russellville road in Bowling Green Kentucky several chances more chances than I should have but tonight just took the icing off the cake there's no excuse for the food to be disgusting or the service to be ridiculous

  I got a grilled cheese and it was literally as hard as a brick. I don’t know if they just used stale bread or what, but I didn’t have a great take-home experience. I live less than 5 minutes from the store and my mozzarella sticks also seemed old and were tough to eat. The fries were cold, etc etc. I’m not one to usually complain but it wasn’t busy and I was happy to wait longer for my order if they needed the time. Overall disappointing

  We stop by and order drinks sweet tea taste like it was un sweet she remade it taste like it add sugar packets very rude and she the worst gm and rudest person I meet and they left our fries out was rude abt it and just taking our order she was rude

  The young lady working the window was very new but had some good traits. I ordered a meal with onion rings, It was more batter than onions. I think I had two actual Onion slices in a large order . The sandwich needed to be cooked longer. The soda was carbonated. This is not the quality I have ever experienced at a Sonic. I am a local and I can say I will not be back. Very disappointed.
