  I walked in to get a drink and they threatened to ban me just for getting 2 large fries worst service ever.

  This morning, I placed my mobile order. When I arrived I got to the speaker and gave my order number. I went around and was told to wait in the spot ahead for my order. There were two other cars in front me. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came out. They were not busy. Unfortunately, I had to go to work so I left. I went into the app to cancel the order and there were no options to do so. I clicked “Get Help” and there it told me I had to contact or return to the store to receive a refund. I called the restaurant, and I asked for a refund for my order. Apparently, I was talking to the store manager. She was rude, and told me I have to do it in the app. I told her what the app told me and she told me there is nothing she can do and hung up on me. I had to call McDonald’s Corporate and file an official complaint to resolve the issue. I would avoid this location, unless you have unlimited free time on your hands or not need to worry about a company keeping your hard earned dollars. Do better guys

  went in for a pickup order for 3 mcchickens waited 15 mins nobody asked me what i was here for several employees looked me in the eye including the manager on easter at 8pm, while young kids were making racists jokes in the back and yelling and being disrespectful to the customers in the lobby untill i had to interrupt someone and ask if the bag that was sitting there for 20 mins was my order number and sure enough it was sitting there the whole time all for the person who i delivered it to to be mad at me
