    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED A MANGO AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE. THE GUY SAYS I DONT KNOW IF WE CAN MAKE THAT. MY MOM SAYS WELL WE WILL JUST GET TO LARGE. STILL HE SAYS THE SAME THING. DIDNT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE JUST DO HALF AND HALF! WE PULL UP AT THE WINDOW. NOBODY WAS AT THE FIRST WINDOW SO WE PULLED UP TO THE SECOND. TWO WOMEN ASK WHAT WE NEEDED. I RESPOND WE PLACED AN ORDER. THEY LOOKING AT US CONFUSED. EMPLOYEE SAYS DID YALL PAY?! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO STOP AT THE FIRST WINDOW. I EXPLAINED NOBODY WAS THERE THAT WHY WE PULLED UP! I HAVE MY CARD OUT READY TO PAY. SHES STILL LOOKING AT US CONFUSED. I SAY YOU KNOW WHAT JUST CANCEL THE ORDER! RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE. I JUST SAID I HWVENT BEEN TO THIS MCDONALDS IN OVER DECADE. NOW I SEE EXACTLY WHY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! DIDNT GET MY SMOOTHIE AND LEFT WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NOT ONE EMPLOYEE BUT TWO!

    The staff is on professional, very rude. I feel unsafe there. I believe the managers could do better They hire young people to work there that are uneducated and unprofessional, and they are not the best to get anything resolved

    I’m really disappointed honestly. That’s all I can really say. Ten dollars for cold cheese, an incorrect order totaling less than what I paid, and a weird look from an employee. I used to work at McDonald’s. When did y’all stop trying?

    Waited in the drive thru line while 4 vehicles went through the other line. I was asked to wait by the male attendant, so I was doing just that. A little while later I was trying to give the person behind me a heads up that I would recommend trying the other line because we were still waiting, the male attendant got on and said "I told you to wait" in an extremely unprofessional and degrading tone. When I kindly told him that I was being patient, just giving a heads up to the car behind me, he said "ugh fine, what can I get you?" I told him absolutely nothing and left the drive thru. The lack of care he showed us was extremely disheartening. We spend a lot of nights on the road with ball games, and I will guarantee you we will NEVER go to this McDonalds again.
