  Place was closed at 8:45 in the morning on Friday. I was trying to get breakfast before work and drove 10 minutes away to get DQ. Sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes and was like when is someone going to ask about my order? I had saw a car in the parking lot earlier before I pulled in. I pulled around, lights were off and music was on. Went around to the front, car was gone (possibly another customer), and checked the doors. They were locked. Absolutely no where was there any sign saying they were closed. Was very upset I spent 10 minutes driving there and 5+ minutes waiting for service when it turns out no one is there when the place is supposed to be open. Had to order food somewhere else, drive there, and then drive to work. VERY frustrating experience. If the place is closed for any reason, there should be a sign on the door and multiple other places saying it’s closed. People should also not be allowed to order on the app for that location. It should say “this location is unavailable.” Just overall not a good experience, and this is not the only location I have had a problem with.

  We visited to get a blizzards for a treat after a stressful day. It took a few minutes for anyone to come to the cash register to wait on us. He did finally but was kinda rude. The blizzards were worth the wait.

  I went in to grab a quick cone before I headed to work in Nashville, and when I arrived I was ignored, not greeted, and simply dismissed. I stood at the counter for 5-10, the cashier was reading through tickets, relaxed on the prep station, he even walked up to the register to place the table numbers back. He didn’t even acknowledge my existence while I was standing there. He looked back at me 3-4 times. A simple “I’ll be right with you, or we’re backed up right now” would’ve sufficed. But no. Nothing. So I just walked out and went to the in on the By-Pass.

  I just got home with my order. It was biscuits and gravy side order of bacon. U couldn't cut the biscuit. There wasn't enough gravy to cover the biscuit. Bacon wasn't done. I will not go there again.

  I recently ordered the Mini Chocolate Brownie Extreme from this location, and I was really disappointed with what I received. It was mostly just vanilla soft serve with very few pieces of chocolate and brownie, which did not match what I expected at all. I felt it wasn’t worth the $4.23 I spent, as it tasted like plain vanilla ice cream. Overall, I did not enjoy this experience at this location and would not recommend it to others based on my visit.
