  Went in after work to grab a bowl and they were out of steak. Fine, no problem I’ll just get honey chicken even though I wanted both. They’re out of honey chicken. Fine, guess I’ll wait five minutes for them to be made. Except the guy making them just clocked in and he’s still setting up so it takes longer than five minutes. I finally get up to have them make my bowl, get the proteins I was waiting on and then I ask for fajita veggies. Guess what: no fajita veggies. Mind you, they’re supposed to have two of each item for both lines and yet somehow they’re completely out of THREE items from each. Totally unacceptable that apparently no one on day shift can cook the food when it’s low. Not the workers fault, total management issue.

  Been a while since I've eaten here. It was good enough I'd go again. Could have used a little less of "throwing" my choices at the bowl. Reminded me of an old black and white army movie, a scene from a mess tent. 😉

  I’m a frequent Chipotle customer across multiple states, but this location gave me the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. The staff seemed untrained and poorly supervised. First, the black bean pan was completely empty. Instead of calling for more, the employee just scraped the bottom to give me 4 or 5 beans and tried to move on. I had to ask for pinto beans just to get a proper scoop. For my protein, I ordered half chicken and half carnitas. I overheard the manager correctly state that a standard protein portion is 4 oz (meaning 2 oz per meat for a half-and-half order). However, as you can see in the attached photo, my carnitas portion was incredibly small and nowhere near the 2 oz standard. The next employee did the same thing, barely giving me any cheese or lettuce. It is very disappointing to pay full price for a meal when the line isn't kept stocked and the staff serves portions that fall so far below the company's official standards. This photo is the half carnitas portion only . I couldn’t take a picture of the chicken because it got lost on the bowl. Definitely won’t be going there ever again

  Barely put any rice and chicken the woman that’s making the food needs to move to the cashier and let somebody else make the food if you’re gonna be skimpy

  Ordered a salad and they gave me barely any dressing. Barely the bottom of the sauce cup was filled.
