  Dining area was really dirty. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Cashier ended up charging us sep for food then again for drinks.

  Portion sizes considerably slashed, girl was acting like each item came personally from her paycheck, $16 for maybe a half of a chicken breast worth of protein was insane. I asked her if I could get a little bit more as it looked very small compared to other times I have visited this location, she proceeded to ask me if I wanted a double portion, I advised I just wanted a tiny bit more. Woman looked me dead in the eye and put a single chunk additional and said what else. Solid.

  Came in today right around opening at 11 the line starter was rude, and proceeded to give me lousiest scoop of rice and steak ever. $12 burrito and it’s smaller than Taco Bell. Wish I took a picture

  My husband frequents this particular Chipotle on his way through for work trips. This is not the first time we've had an unpleasant experience but today was just annoying. I walked in to get a pickup. They were not busy in the least, 5 people standing in the front. The bag was not on the pickup spot but still on the side counter. They told me I could just get it off of that counter and I went on to car. When pulling out I noticed that we were missing an item so turned around and went back in. Long story short, I felt very questioned and explained myself no less than 5 times. The guy making the food looked at me and told me he made the quesadilla and that it was in the bag, like I was lying. I got the quesadilla fairly quickly after telling him it was not in the bag while being stared at by 5 employees essentially. The whole experience was just rude and for no reason. One guy was kind-ish and I get people Probably do that and lie frequently but I’m not sure why I was questioned so much today. Also- the queso looked chunky like sour cream so that might need looked into. After pulling out noticed one of my kid’s meals was missing beans so just struggle bus today.

  First of all, I got no idea what he did with the old gloves before me but Every time when new customer comes you need to be changing your gloves it is not sanitary to use the same ones for all and even between breaks I requested him to change it due to my allergies and then he changed it. Second of all, It’s not professional to provide this kind of service, for salads there are special utensils but he decided to use instead his hands, dissatisfied and disappointed. And those people should just stay home if they do not like their job.
