We have only had 1 until this location and the Scottsville road one opened up, and I was blown away by both. Every team member there has been so helpful with ordering, especially in the heat when I had problems with an allergy. Olivia worked the drive through and took my order while helping me figure out what was suitable with my walnut allergy. Could not recommend enough to any locals here or visitors stopping bye. The flowers on the table lifts the mood immensely. Even though it’s a small detail.

This review is due entirely to the misfortune of interacting with the general manager, Blake Stewart. Why do I say it is with a heavy heart, you may ask? Well, Chick-fil-A was a staple in my household for many years. Our family even labeled Thursdays as "Chick-fil-A Day." Our routine was to wake up early so we could get breakfast. Friends, family, and coworkers all knew they could find us at Chick-fil-A bright and early on a Thursday morning. Despite the sloppy eggs and sometimes frigid cheese, I looked forward to those mornings when I would see Debbie's bright, sunny face as she handed me my breakfast. (Debbie seriously deserves a raise. She always goes above and beyond.) Well, today was Thursday, and I did partake in breakfast. Everything went well, so well, in fact, that why wouldn't my family return for lunch? So, I pulled out my app and placed my order, but it said, "Error." I checked my bank account, and the money was gone. I headed to the counter and explained the error message I received. I even showed them my bank account to prove the charge had gone through. This is where the story takes a dark turn. The lady helping me said she needed to get the general manager, Blake Stewart. I could swear I saw a slight shudder as she uttered his name, as though she were saying a curse word or it physically pained her to say it. At the time, I didn't understand why. I did later. Suddenly, the lights began to flicker, and the smell of sulfur permeated the air as Blake Stewart pushed through the double doors from the back. I began explaining my predicament. He clearly did not care and simply told me to pay a second time. He couldn't tell me when—or even if—I would get my money back. He maintained a very serious, dismissive attitude. My husband also came over to speak with Blake because, you see, this wasn't the first time this had happened. The previous time, we were never refunded. Because we had no receipt, despite it being an app error, we were told there was nothing they could do. At that point, Blake pointed his finger in my husband's face and told him to sit down and be quiet. He also threatened to call the police, which is wild considering Chick-fil-A had taken our money and given us no food. He then stormed off, his John Smith-esque haircut flowing in the breeze, with all traces of sulfur disappearing behind him. I will never return to this location. It will probably be better for my wallet in the long run anyway. I simply refuse to support a business managed by someone who is not only disrespectful but also has no regard for other people's personal space or basic customer service. But on a more serious note, Blake Stewart is absolutely rude. I cannot fathom what business would allow a manager to point their finger in someone's face. He had zero answers for our questions and because he lacked the proper skills to handle this issue he felt the need to over compensate with his disrespect.
