I’ve made it all the way home multiple times only to realize something was missing from my order. On one visit, an employee handed me my food without the sauce I requested. When I politely asked for it, he responded with an attitude and threw what had to be around 15 sauces into my bag, which came across as sarcastic and completely unnecessary. Last night was another frustrating experience. I had to wait for my tenders, and when my food was finally brought out, I received two bags—one with my food and another with my parfait. Thankfully, I checked everything before driving away because I was missing the sauce I requested, the spoon for my parfait, AND the granola that comes with it. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. But when something is forgotten almost every time I visit, it’s no longer an occasional mistake—it’s a consistency and quality-control problem. Chick-fil-A is usually known for great service and attention to detail, which makes the repeated issues at this location even more disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to completely unpack and inspect their orders before leaving just to make sure they received everything they paid for. This location seriously needs to improve its order accuracy and customer service.

And I feel like this one had more option for special drinks compared to the one that I’m live near. And their customer service has always been excellent at all Chick-fil-A that I’ve noticed. And we actually went there twice because it was so good. Plus for children it’s amazing because if you have a chicken nugget lover, you can enjoy your meal and they can enjoy their.
