- SMSueleem Dillon (Mimi)3 days ago1.0Went in for lunch when they were pretty empty and ended up waiting over 45 minutes for two wraps and fries that were cold and stale. The server said “Sorry for the wait, my manager sure likes to yap.” Meanwhile my food was ice cold and the fries were stale, my cookie skillet was cold and hard and my strawberry lemonade was watered down. Will definitely never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. Not to mention I had to go up to her to receive my check and pay for my food, she gave me one copy of the receipt and told me to sign it and leave it on the counter and walked away. Biggest waste of $43. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff was rude and dismissive, they acted like they didn’t know about the order at all. Multiple other people from DoorDash and Uber Eats came and gone some with more items then were listed on mine. As I watched theu the kitchen window I see people moving around slowly not in any hurry to get things done. I work in food and it seems the night shift at this location does not have their act together whatsoever. Entirely unprofessional, and need to be actually addressed about it because a dasher shouldn’t have to wait over 30-40 minutes on an order. Time is money. Every minute counts. It’s not even a complex order.
