  Blu was our favorite spot to grab a quick bite for the past 2 summers. Unfortunately, we think there’s been a change in ownership because our experience hasn’t been the same this season. The food is more expensive, there are less options for sides that are included with your meal (unless you’re wanting to pay $2.50-$4.00 extra), the food itself isn’t very flavorful & the portions have been smaller. We love supporting local but won’t be recommending this spot anymore.

  We loving having the blu bar and grill at the hub! We love the convenience when we’re at the pool and want a snack or drink. We also love it for a random night when we don’t know what to cook. Everything we’ve had has been delicious and the service is great! We also love that they do specials for a fun way to spice up the week!

  Truly amazing food! Beyond lucky to have this just steps from my door! I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and a “pool mule” (a traditional mule with strawberries added) and it was delicious! The fries were perfectly crisp, the roll for the cheesesteak was so soft, and talk about loaded- the price I paid for just 1, the amount of food was easily enough for 2!! They have rotating drink AND food specials each week which makes it even better not knowing what they’ll dream up each week. All of this plus poolside views- I know where I’m spending my summer 😎😎
