There is an older man who i believe is upper management or owner actually. He is always very appreciative of my business, friendly and he is a cowboys fan so thats plus in my book. But there is a older woman who is literally mad at the world. Ive seen her be rude on multiple occasions to other customers. But never to me just i could always tell she was mad at the world. But today it was my turn for her negativity. I go to tell her my order and she gives me stop hand gesture. Should never be done to a potential customer. Then she gets my order wrong which would no big deal at all. Just make my correct order and ill be on my way. But she was determined for me to take the incorrect order. Lol thats incredibly laughably wrong thing to do. If they could keep her in back away from any and all customers it would be the best decision for the store as a whole. I hope someone can give her a much needed hug. It could potentially break her streak of being mad at the world. I really do hope she can smile one day. How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
