  Y'all don't deserve good ratings because as a customer I called when I realized even after so many hours because I depended that y'all could get your orders right but instead y'all say y'all won't fix it because it was rung up as something else so I will be calling corporate tomorrow and good luck to anyone of your other customers to get any mistakes fixed because y'all won't fix nothing. Point blank does not have good workers or can get your order right or fix something when you have asked them nicely.

  I had the Greek gyro sandwich. The meat was cold and it just didn't taste good. Very disappointed

  Went to pick up supper as it was late for me to be out. Ordered 2 beef&cheddar meals. They were fixed fresh and I was on my way.
