    Went to Sonic today with myself in one vehicle and my wife and Mother in Law in another. Today is 4/23/2026 time 12:10pm on arrival. We pushed the red button in a stall at the same time. My wife had her order taken in 10 minutes. I pushed mine again after 15 minutes. I waited another 5 minutes and watched people in the drive thru line that were backed up to the street start to give up and pull out of line. Lost at least 5 cars in the drive thru. I gave up too. I went across the street when somebody finally let me back out of my stall into drive thru traffic and went to Dairy Queen. I got my order placed, filled and was sitting behind Dollar Tree next door when I called my wife. She was still waiting on her order. One guy tried to give her somebody else's order and then the same with the car next to her before finding the rightful owner/winner the next car over. I had eaten my meal by the time she pulled up next to me. Worst mess I've seen at this Sonic. Usually fairly expedient and the foods pretty good which justifies the higher prices somewhat. Not today. 35 minutes to place and receive an order and leave and then after that eat it elsewhere.

    With all of the bad reviews why won't you do something to change the horrible food you are serving here! My husband and I went for a Cheeseburger and fries, needless to say the fries were cold and the burger was cold, like leather with a horrible taste, the bun you could have broken a window with. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY cares what they are serving these days. I am not sure how this Sonic keeps the doors open. We swore off of this place so many times and didn't go there for over 2 years, went back and it is still as horrible as it was 2 years ago. OH, and why don't you fix your broken up cracked up drive, it is absolutely horrible pulling into this place. Maybe if you served good food and kept your customers you may have the money to repair your drive. Will never go back to this place. Richmond store always has excellent food, will drive there from now on because we know the food will be good.

    I recently went through the drive-thru at Sonic here in Berea, and the worker named Eddi (found on receipt) was outstanding. From the moment I pulled up, Eddi greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He listened carefully to my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I had questions about the menu, Eddi was patient and gave really helpful recommendations. His quick and efficient service made the whole drive-thru experience smooth and easy. Eddi’s positive attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, he provided excellent customer service that made my visit memorable.
