  I put in online how terrible my experience was, how wrong, how inedible and simply asked to refund the items they messed up and they emailed back quickly initially then when I refused their points on my account and told them I’d rather the refund they stopped replying .. said someone from that location would reach out and never did. Burger was so bad I got sick, couldn’t t eat, fries so hard we couldn’t bite them .. other issues, only thing good was the overpriced blasts lol we spent almost 50$ on food bc I was discharged for the hospital and too sick to fix food so late and it was just horrible. Also onion rings were thrown in the bag everywhere ?? Like whyyyyy Would not recommend and would seriously warn anyone considering going to this location specifically.

  I pulled into the stall in my silverado and could barely fit so I pushed my mirrors in so it would be easier to pull out after buying my kids some shakes and on my way out because the stalls are so small I slightly adjusted. I now have a brand new yellow paint job on my bumper because of the poles at the end of the stalls that are unnecessary. After the smash burger commercial we all know you cut food cost and picked a less than desirable new meat option. I used to love your burgers now I think sonic is trash. I hope this saves somebody their money and possibly their bumper. Pitiful. Its been a week no response after the reply on my review looks like you all really care thanks for nothing. I won't be back
