  Super sad about this one. Just started eating meat again and decided to come here for the chicken wrap. Lo and behold, it is torn apart and can’t even eat it properly. I got this to eat while driving an hour away and I was not able to due to everything falling out because of it ripping. Do not recommend this place, but it’s McDonald’s, so you won’t stop.

  Absolutely horrible service. If you order more than 3 items good luck on getting a correct order. The worst management and experience weve had in any restaurant in Berea. This is the worst place to try and order food from. They parked us and brought us the wrong food so my wife took the bag of wrong food in and the receipt and waited and then asked for our money back and the manager said he didnt have time to give our money back and that they had just remade the food which took a very long time. We will not be going back to spend our hard earned money at a place like this. Just beware and be prepared to have the wrong order every time.

  if your planning on needing to use the damn bathroom you need to be a paying customer and show the dam receipt to get in to use it that's messed up

  I am an elderly man with kidney and bladder issues. While traveling from Harlan Ky to Georgetown KY I stopped at this McDonald's to relieve my bladder. I was denied access to the restroom because I was not a paying customer. Provide a receipt and you can enter is what the boy said. They do this because of vandalism he said. I replied, do i look like I'm going to vandalize the restroom? To me that is a policy that needs to be reviewed. Force you to buy something in order to use the restroom! I will be going higher to voice my outrage.
