  I went at about 2pm the other day and sat in the drive thru, and waited and waited. There was no signage stating any closingz, and no one greeted me. I waited five minutes. There were 4 cars on the employee side, I said hello. No one said anything, I waited again being patient, I know things happen. I worked food service I get it. Said hello again, still nothing, waited again, asked if they were open. No one said anything to me, I finally drove off after finally waiting 12 minutes. They always only ever have 1-2 people working, and those people are usually stressed out :( not the best sonic in my opinion.

  My experience is always good as long as you manage your expectations. If you order crispy chicken tenders, expect a bit of a wait because they are frying it fresh. Millie, who last served me, had a big smile on her face and served me with respect and accurate expectations.

  My onion rings and my chili cheese fries are horrible and my burger is cold everytime I order here my food just gets worse and worse

  If you want your food order to be correct, don’t come here! I am sick and tired of spending $45 to feed my family of four for one meal and then it ALWAYS being wrong. Spend extra money to add bacon, don’t expect it to be on your burger. Get a large fry? Don’t expect it to be filled to the top. Ordered a chili cheese footlong meal, no chili or cheese for my picky daughter. (There’s no option to just order a plain footlong) They put the chili and cheese on there. Don’t expect the phone to be answered when you call to let them know they made a mistake so that you can come back to get it fixed another time. Fast food has gotten too expensive to be making mistakes! And this sonic is the slowest fast food restaurant around.

  Do NOT waste your time or money at this Sonic location. The last few times I’ve been here the service is poor and the food is bad quality. (Not to mention the price is high for the lack of food you do receive.)
